3 months ago I bought more than £ 1,000 worth of bedroom furniture, (www.bensonsforbeds.co.uk). However, I found parts missing from the bedside tables and handles under different had attracted more than they have been broken. talk to their customer service is a waste of time and area manager, after sending a complaint letter to the CEO, they still have not solved the problem? has anyone else had problems wuth Bensons for bed? What can I do?

Click OK when you're not complain if it was done in the first four weeks, you should have asked for a full refund and told them to pick up the goods .... tell them in writing that you are disgusted by the service you have recived and want to know when the issue will be resolved to ask the time .... is important .. if they do resovle that date, then take them to small claims court ...
