Brabantia

BrabantiaHas anyone used the warranty offered by 10YR Brabantia bins - if so, how?

I paid £ 70 for a tank Brabantia with a guarantee of 10 years, it lasted 3 years. You still have the receipt (B & Q), but they say they can not replace.

You need to get in touch with society.

Yes, last year, after 3 years, the clip on the lid of my bin Brabantia broke, the tank would not close. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement cover without asking questions. I had proof of purchase, but they never asked for it

B & Q will only insurance for the first 12 months after it is garbage Brabanter (whatever they are) the assurance of the trash for another 9 years.

Your contract is with the distributor from the manufacturer. B & Q are "passing the buck" But I will say that I always approached either, and sooner or later, I was rewarded, even after obtaining a new front door Focus DI everything was warranted for 15 years and 12 years, it rotted! They have replaced!

Fighting for your rights and Good Luck

I urge anyone reading this to save ALL documents relating to a security and all receipts, unless you have enough money to throw away!

Yes I called the company because of a split line and they sent a new flag of convenience.

How do you collapse bin? If you fell so hard against him. If it has rusted by then you should get a replacement. If in doubt just buy a new one and treat it a little better.

Are you saying do not buy from B & Q? Any company worthy of this would have replaced the faulty tank and sent back in your name, as long as the tank was defective and not abused.
