Turn off power to the baseboard heater at the breaker. Remove the wall thermostat and twist the nuts and use a cable to the son who were on the thermostat, matching color to color. You can get a blank plate in a hardware store to cover opening.Next, remove the baseboard and install your wall unit. Follow the instructions for the wall unit for the electrical connections. Make sure the voltage of the new unit is the same as the old unit. (Probably 220v) breaker resetting, you should have the power of the new unit.

Call an electrician to connect. Without knowing the power of the old and the new radiator, and other information regarding the wiring, there is no way to give you accurate advice.
