Evaporative Cooling System

Evaporative Cooling Systemcooling by evaporation which is not giving me enough cooling. How to improve ventilation and air conditioning?

A home loan had built two systems of 900 mm by evaporation cooling fan installed on the roof. Air guided by 200-900 mm diameter circular thermocool insulated ducts to the main line running through the house with 2 mx 2 m and 12 m in length. The nominal air flow of each exhaust fan is 7100 M3/hr.Duct execution of rooms from the altitude above as follows:
window size: 1.5 mx 2.0 m at a size no room 5m x 7m x 3m
Room No. 1 is closed on three sides and has windows on one side at 90 degrees to the incoming air to the size of 3.5mx 2.0m
Window size: 1.5 mx3.0m to the chamber size 2 3mx3mx3m
Room 2 with a window size of 3.5 mx 2.0 m in front end
Window size: 1.5mx3.0m, track having cross ventilation 180
Location 1.2 channel located at the same height - 3 m from the roof.

Duct reopens -9 m:
Kitchen: 2m x 1.5m opening 3mx8mx3m Kitchen
D-room: 2m x 2m x 5m room opening 8m x 3m.
Problem: Excessive moisture accumulates in room No. 1.
Installed exhaust fan in the R-1 600cum/hr but no use. Help

Assuming that your system works correctly, your problem may be the time period of the year. If the humidity is high and the temperature is not the quantity of cooling a cooler house will be minimal. You may need dry weather or warmer.
