Where can I buy a folding (some say "cabinet") clothes / laundry Drying Rack? I live in the Philippines.?

I was looking for ... something that looks like this:

in malls, but I can not find one. I do not want to buy online (from abroad) because I know that immigration fees would be much more expensive than the price of the grid itself.

Can someone please tell me where I can buy one in the Philippines?
