Goodman Air Handler

Goodman Air HandlerGoodman air handler blower motor works intermittently.?

The fan motor (attached to the squirrel cage) has stopped working. It would just hum when turned on, so I replaced the capacitor and now he works only 50% of the time, but when he does go, blow the air very well. Any help would be appreciated!

its got to be the engine itself. capacitors rarely go bad fan motors, but I think it was worth a try before shelling out an engine.
You seem to be mechanically inclined, changing an engine treatment of air, is Child's Play

his only son 3 plus ground and son of the CAP in order to demonstrate its almost crazy.

My suggestion is, buy the wheel as in British Columbia while trying to get the engine let go of the wheel, it can lose balance and movement in 1050 rpm, it will shake your world.
anyway good luck and a good

No doubt the engine is bad and needs replacing ... draw a picture on how the wiring is connected if you plan to do it yourself ... because there will probably more than three son especially if this device provides both heat and air ... remove the fan unit and brand of the fan housing when the Oilers are and where the engines are son ... So you put the new engine with the oil ports on the top instead of bottom ... Use sandpaper and clean the motor shaft .... proper use WD40 and spray on the shaft and the hub of the fan ... lost the screw that holds the hub onto the shaft .... take an adjustable wrench and use it to rotate the shaft in the hub of the fan .. Once the tree is free, it will allow the engine to be released from the fan easily once you take the motor mount bolts to the blower ... replace a motor that pulls the load in amps as your old engine ... never reached the end of the motor shaft with a hammer as it will swell the tree and do not spend hub ... if it does not come off the hub. Take a piece of pipe about 6 inches long and about 3 / 4 inch in diameter and place it on the shaft and click on the pipe with the hammer, it will be without the hub of the tree .. . put the new engine under the fan and tighten the bolts. Once you have that, you can doen the center of the fan wheel and tighten the screw that holds the tree .... clean the blower wheel with a toothbrush to remove dust or dirt built ...
