Holmes Oscillating Fan

I tried lubricating the link weights, who worked briefly. The fan is 24 / 7 use and one day it just stopped completely while facing one side. Once I turned the fan head the other way, the blades started spinning again. What to do? I can use it in a fixed position. Holmes is a fan 2Cool desktop double blade.

Maybe there is a train worn or untangle a link inside. Try setting where it should, and the nuts and bolts to be your guide.
