How to connect a Honeywell heat pump thermostat RTH3100C the right way ...? I'm going to turn the pressure on for the first time this season. Nothing. I tinker with the son. still nothing. I hooked up the way Guy heating / air tells me.

I can not see your photo, but I have a HVAC company perhaps I can help ya! What happens when you turn the fan on there posistion? Is your power on the unit from the panel and processing of air time?
Why the link between L and R, looked on the Honeywell site, but no mention of this link
