Is it my Honeywell thermostat wiring RTH3100C connected properly? The son of the thermostat are connected as such.

(White) For jumper to E
(Yellow) to Y
(Green) to G
(Red) to R
(In blue) to B
(Brown) to C
O and L are left Unwired
