What should I do with a 5 feet high, 14 inches wide, 4 inches deep in a wall? Read on to learn more.? A former owner of our house installed a central "board" in, of all places, the master bedroom. It is actually a large closet that goes in the wall, and you can open and bottom of the board. It not only hideous, but I do not like iron. There is a niche in the wall where it was installed. I know we could get some drywall and the patch but before trying that what someone has ideas for an area with these dimensions, namely to make shelves or something? I'm just looking for creative ideas.

I would put shelves in there, and put as candles and pictures like making a "romantic" places the research or if you're not in it maybe make a shelf. or you can simply drag something on it as something a little decorative cover, then put some shoe warehouses and hide your shoes and your husband he will never know you just bought 10 pairs of shoes = 0)
I really want to put shelves in there if I had things to show. Otherwise, I'll try to make it appear as a unit of measurement. I'd make a wooden box that fit in the space, put a pretty wooden door on the front, and if it does not go top 5 feet, I put a shelf above the box. This way you can have open and closed storage.
If you like the idea of being open for display but did not display much OT, perhaps you could make a niche. Invest in a wooden column base instead could have a pretty vase, statue, or whatever is a part that you want to view. I would also throw light up to shine on the popular question posted.
Good luck.
Install glass shelves for displaying ornaments and put a light at the top highlight.
