Office Air Conditioning

We called the people who installed it and they said that perhaps a dead rat in the ducts, but they cannot get to it ... What the hell do I do? It's getting really bad and customers have noticed the smell ... HELP!

Look in your local phone book and call a duct cleaning! They Sholder be able to take care of it!

I sometimes get a smell similar to my air conditioned car leads to certain temperatures. It usually goes away after about 2-3 minutes. Try changing the temperature around or try the optional fan with the air conditioning for a few minutes. If all else fails or if you can not take the initial odor, I propose to spend close air freshner or air intake (which is what I do in my car):)
