One Price Cleaners

One Price CleanersOne Price Dry Cleaning - happy or not?

I took my first (and last) load of 12 new clothing, cleaning Price in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. One of my designer skirts ($ 200) has been turned out for another skirt that is three sizes smaller than the size I wear. And, of course, I do not think I needed to check my clothes while in the cleaning! A velvet ribbon skirt was given to me with the cord buried in the belt (which will be fun to fix) and my sweaters still bear the smell of them. The t-shirts are not pressed well.

I never go back. Has anyone had a similar experience?

exp 13 years myself as a dry cleaner
38 years exp family

PS We are an end washer

Remember in life you get what you pay for. Our business is no different. This biz is very labor intensive, the translation of the best cleaners charge more because the give your full local service, cleaning, stains, pressing. cleansers refresh and cheaper steam quickly and cheep. Always check your order, or the store or when you go home not when you say again even the best make mistakes. If you keep looking your best, you'll probably have to try many cleaning products. It is trial and error. Our customers tell us "Do you know how much cleaning we have tried," also asked about the cleaners are better for this than for a reason and customers, there will be about. If you have any questions send me an e email

Good luck

There was one in our state several years ago. At first people thought it was great. Next people complained that their light-colored clothing returned soiled dark colored clothing. The last thing I heard was that they had ceased their activity and people should take their tickets to claim a central location and see if they could find their clothes in the middle of all the other clothes. Sure does not look like anyone understood how to make a successful business.

NO .. But I watch Judge Judy ... and those other shows and almost every day there is a horror story about a dry cleaning, as you had. I do not go dry cleaning and try to find clothes that I'm not going to introduce me to a nightmare situation ..
