Panini Recipes? I received a George Foreman grill to make panini and grilled sandwiches. Anyone recipes for me to try? I have all kinds of bread, cheese and ingredients.

Vegetables and Mozzarella Panini Recipe
Ingredients
1 red pepper, seeded and halved in six bands
1 medium zucchini cut into long strips
1 eggplant cut into long strips
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 loaf French fine
3 cups mozzarella cheese, cut into thin slices, same
1 / 4 cup fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Lightly brush vegetables with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper and grill over medium heat for 5 minutes each side.
Remove vegetables from grill and let cool for several minutes.
length slice open and brush both interior a little olive oil, then lightly toast the bread within about 1 minute.
Assemble the sandwich hot alternating layers of vegetables, mozzarella and basil.
Sprinkle with remaining oil and few drops of vinegar.
Tightly slice widthwise into eight sections.

Roast Beef and Sundried Tomato Mayo Panini Recipe
Ingredients
1 / 4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon ketchup
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 / 3 cup red onion, minced
1 / 3 cup pickled cherry peppers, sliced
pinch of red pepper flakes
4 slices sourdough bread, 1/2-inch thick
1 / 2 cup shredded cheddar chee
6 ounces roast beef, sliced deli-
Directions:
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, tomatoes, garlic, horseradish, ketchup and cayenne pepper.
Stir well.
In a small bowl, combine onion, pepper and pepper flakes together.
Drizzle with juices from pickling peppers.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Spread mayonnaise on the other side.
Sprinkle with cheese and top with slices of roast beef.
Top roast beef with pepper mixture.
Place other slice of bread on the mixture of pepper, butter side up.
Toast both sides using a heavy skillet on top of the sandwich as a weight.
When the first side is browned, return, re-weight with stove and finish roasting.
Smoked turkey, gouda cheese, red onions that were grilled, aioli and sourdough toast together and away ......
Best I know, it's just ham and cheese right. I would also add the tomato there with great success. Yum
