Small Air Conditioner

I want a small air conditioner small, cheap, quiet and cold air blowing on a pipe. There has been enough to keep my cool sleeping bag.

I have been in the business of HVAC 25 years and have never heard of something like that. There are several problems with it. One of the compressors and electric motors are heavy, even small ones. Secondly, I suppose, since you speak of a sleeping bag, it would be carried with you anywhere. compressor motors require AC power and you have to plug and a circuit big enough. There are no batteries in the compressor equipment is commercially available alternative.
