I recently had the red ring of death (three lights) for my Xbox 360 and then fixed it so now I want to keep it fixed with an intercooler and Im wondering what intercooler is more effective in cooling effectively repaired my xbox recently exchanger temp Nyko new chip or former Nyko Intercooler original?

I would like to stay away from Nyko coolers, if I were you. They derive their power from the 360 itself, which causes overheating and can leave traces of burning. If you send in the Member States and they see the marks of theses, they will not fix it since you have used third unauthorized device. I suggest you just keep it in a well ventilated area. Make sure it is not in an enclosed space such as a media firm, off the mat, and never sit on top of other electronic devices like any other console or DVD player.

Keep it in a better place. Mine is sitting on a chair without touching anything in a corner and it ventilates fine, no RROD for the 15 months that I had.
