Trane air conditioners? My husband and I are looking to replace all our air conditioning unit and I heard that the "Trane" units are the best. Has anyone Trane unit? How much will this cost? How does it perform?
Thank you
Trans are very good and have a low incidence rate. There are other good brands that are good too. There are also cheaper brands with extended warranties. The best use of your money would be put in a more efficient (higher SEER numbers).
The name has nothing to do with how it cools. This will be determined by the size / tonage and also by how it is installed - which is the charge is correct and the duct is installed correctly. The efficiency is determined by the SEER higher the SEER the more efficient. The number of SEER tell you how many BTUs of cooling you for a watt of electricity. Every increase in SEER is roughly 7% of the cooling system more efficient. Trane is not bad. I feel there is indoor coils tend to be more resilient to the road than most. The only thing I do not care about Trane is most of the rest of the units you use a compressor-style seal against the roller which is 15% more efficient and less likely to face questions of pumping on the road. Everything you just go with that any unit A / C is just as likely as others to decompose. Just hope your not sold on the slogan "It is difficult to stop a train.
My team installs Trane equipment and have always had a great performance with them over time. They are equipped with top notch components, coil designs unbeatable and remarkable efficiency standards. And yes the models, the light of new high rated Trane come with their own scroll compressor OEMs. Ive seen only one new unit, we recently installed a bad expansion valve right outside the door which was quickly resolved by an exchange of fire guarantee that with our Trane dealer and had it back to a perfect operation.
