We are remodeling a laundry room, and I would like flooring and sink tips? We have a laundry 8x10 has the washer / dryer and sink very old. We would like to replace the sink with something great, but strong, which would fall into a counter. Where is a good place to look for one that does not cost a fortune?
Also, we seek to replace the vinyl floor with something icky that would rather moisture and evidence of dog (we see a floor drain well). We examined the commercial vinyl tile, but what we have seen is ugly. Any suggestions for what is decent looking? We, either as solid pieces that we can sort or checkerboard somem of natural look.
The problem with tiles, moisture can seep between the joints and glue to premature failure. Many stores sell a piece of vinyl, which can range from wall to wall with no joints to fail. Buy Free Standing Utility modern wells. The counter on the firm can then be used for folding and sorting clothes.
If you put a well in the upper part, the storage will be limited to within the cabinet The room is big enough for a utlity sink, and wardrobe 4 'on the counter
You may obtain a free utility permanent wells and build a counter that would be the same height as the sink. I recommend using 12 x 12 floor tiles instead of sheet vinyl because the tiles do not tear as easily and if put out the leak is not too bad or you can use tile and grout sealing. The cost of tile is not much more than vinyl purchase, but the cost of installation is over. Regarding the floor drain is concerned that would be quite expensive and, in my opinion would not be profitable.
