Washer Dryer Sale

Washer Dryer SaleShould I include the washer and dryer in the sale of my house or sell it separately?

We have a very nice relatively new washer and dryer, front loader. Is it preferable to include in the sale at home or sell it separately? Is this a big selling point?

I would sell them separately. Do not make a difference in price for the house, but if they do not work, you may need to replace them. When you sell your house to get rid of him as clean as possible.

It could be a part of negotiating your good sale if the buyer wants, especially if it is fairly new. W / D's do not hold value for very long if you can get more out of it technically by including it in the house. Plus it is a nice addition since most vendors do not include W / D, unless they are very old. Then, if the buyers say they do not want (if they have their own), you can sell. Talk to a realtor to be sure of the value added in terms of selling price, unfortunately it will not affect the appraised value of the house.

I saw several houses that things things like "Washer and dryer included with reasonable offer."
Some even have an expiration date "to the reasonable offer for May 15" Added date could motivate sellers to go home, but can also make them think you're in a hurry to leave and may try to low ball you.

Anyway, you can try one of these methods on your home listing, and if you are a buyer who needs a new Maybe they would be taken into account when they make you an offer .

And if you decide to put the date on it, then good, if it shows no interest in you can always turn around and sell them separately.

Remember that if you do it will be deducted from the personal assessment of the proposal and can not be included in the loan of the house.
