Xp Security Center

I had the XP Security Center virus / malware, Thursday evening, and I do not know how I can get rid of. Also, whenever I try to open a file, the "Windows can not access the specified path, or file. You can not have the appropriate permission to access the" message appears . Help would be greatly appreciated if this malware would ruin my computer!

First, you can do is buy a good anti-virus like Kaspersky, McAfee and Panda.
